Translating the visceral satisfaction of a perfect noodle pull into a larger-than-life spectacle requires both technical precision and vibrant styling. We spearheaded the art direction and 3D animation for Maggi Syiok, designing giant, springy CG noodles that erupt dynamically into distinct shapes to represent every unique flavor profile. To ensure these massive surreal elements felt grounded in reality, we utilized advanced Subsurface Scattering (SSS) shading, allowing the photorealistic noodle textures to react accurately to diverse environmental lighting—from neon night markets to sunlit rivers. Flawless VFX compositing ties the entire visual system together, seamlessly turning a simple taste reaction into an immersive, highly tactile visual feast.
