LittleUnderwaterWorld
Internal R&D
LittleUnderwaterWorld is a personal passion project designed to explore surrealism and the delicate flow of organic aquatic life within a digital space. As part of a three-piece thematic series, we led the concept and motion design to craft a miniature, pastel-colored underwater world structured as a floating island. A heavy emphasis was placed on high-end 3D lighting, subsurface scattering, and material rendering to give the translucent jellyfish and vibrant sea anemones a tactile, iridescent quality. Through nuanced FX simulations and meticulous art direction, we transformed static geometry into flowing, organic ecosystems, populating the environment with dynamic elements like bubble tip anemones, purple anemones, and intricate coral.
